The Bali Institute: Our Global Launchpad
Deeply inspired by the Balinese philosophy of 'Tri Hita Karana,' which emphasizes harmony between spirituality, people, and nature, The Pure Project has strategically identified Bali as the ideal global nexus for wellness innovation and the home of our Institute as well as Pure Network. We aim to acquire and transform a profitable boutique resort in Bali into a living laboratory and training hub. This ultra-luxury wellness resort will:
Serve as the primary meeting place for our curated network of experts, property owners, investors, and 'hospitality artists'.
Offer an immersive experience of "The Pure Method" – our innovative approach to wellness hospitality cultivated through relationship-based trust, shared infrastructure, and pilot programs.
Become a global training center for our 'hospitality artists,' as the essence of Balinese culture will guide our training methodology.
Act as the strategic launchpad for our global network, enabling members to explore new luxury hospitality development opportunities worldwide.
Lifetime Membership
Through your contribution as a founding member, you will earn lifetime membership in Pure Network as well as a share of the financial returns from the Bali Institute's hospitality operations. This is an expression of our committment to building shared infastructure that directly benefits all members. To ensure the successful launch of the Bali Institute and the acquisition of our Institute, we need to raise approximately $3.5 million. This funding will cover:
Property Costs: Total transaction amounts for identified properties range from $2-3 million, requiring a down payment of $300-500k, with the balance paid over 18 months.
Additional Funding Needs: An estimated $500k for essential legal fees, necessary property upgrades, comprehensive training for our hospitality artists, initial launch operations, and targeted marketing efforts.
Funding Tiers: Contributing to Our Collective Future
Our funding tiers are designed to align with the specific roles, benefits, and financial capacities of each member group, while collectively contributing to the $3.5 million launch target.
Aligned Investors: Primary Capital Contributors
Founding Anchor Investors ($250,000+ Contribution): Priority access to all future curated property investment opportunities globally, a guaranteed seat on an exclusive advisory board, invitations to high-level network events, premium bespoke experiences at the Bali institute, and a share of the financial returns from the Bali Institute's hospitality operations.
Founding Lead Investors ($100,000 - $249,999 Contribution): Early and priority access to curated property investment opportunities, participation in strategic discussions, invitations to exclusive network events, bespoke experiences at the Bali institute, and a share of the financial returns from the Bali Institute's hospitality operations.
Founding Investors ($25,000 - $99,999 Contribution): Access to curated property investment opportunities, engagement with a private community, invitations to network events, and a share of the financial returns from the Bali Institute's hospitality operations.
Purposeful Property Owners: Strategic Network Partners
Founding Property Stewards ($10,000 - $25,000 Contribution): Priority consideration for partnering with The Pure Project, early access to discussions regarding aligned capital and development expertise, invitations to experience "The Pure Method in action" at the Bali living lab, and a share of the financial returns from the Bali Institute's hospitality operations.
Contribution Goal: To establish a committed core of 50 property partners.
Distinguished Experts: Thought Leaders & Innovation Catalysts
Founding Visionary Expert Tier ($2,500 - $5,000 Contribution): Direct engagement and collaboration with a private community, priority invitations to contribute insights to specific property development projects, invitations to visit and collaborate at the Bali institute, and a share of the financial returns from the Bali Institute's hospitality operations.
Contribution Goal: To build a robust intellectual and collaborative community of100 experts.
Hospitality Artists: Talent Pool & Operational Core
Founding Connection Catalyst Tier ($500 - $1,500 Contribution): Priority enrollment and reduced fees for "The Pure Method" certification and training programs, early consideration for immersive training and hands-on experience at the Bali institute, access to mentorship, career advancement opportunities within our emerging ecosystem of properties, and a share of the financial returns from the Bali Institute's hospitality operations.
Contribution Goal: To cultivate an initial talent pool of 200 hospitality artists.
